Tempered Glass
At Kuwait Glass Company we transform naturally fragile annealed glass to a five times stronger thermally toughened or tempered glass of the same thickness.
Engineered for superior strength and safety, our tempered glass offers enhanced resistance to impact and thermal stress. Upon breakage, it shatters into small, relatively harmless fragments, making it ideal for safety-critical applications such as doors, windows, partitions, and balustrades.
Tempering Furnaces
We are equipped with Three Glass Tempering Furnaces:
2440 x 3660 (Top Convection)
2440 x 5000 (Top Convection & Bending)
3200 x 5000 (Full Convection)
Glass types: Clear, Low Iron, Tinted, Reflective, Solar Control, Low E (Single Silver, Double Silver and Triple Silver)
Thickness: 4 mm - 19 mm
